Maria Kemp FARLA
Maria is an Independent Member of ARLA (The Association of Residential Letting Agents), having gained Fellow status. Maria has notched up over fifteen years of experience within the industry to Branch Manager level in both sales and lettings. The combination of local knowledge, experience and qualifications she brings to the company enable her to provide clients with a rounded service.

Maria formed Kemp & Co Residential Letting & Property Management in January 2007 which proved so popular with clients that within a year of trading it became apparent that the company needed regeneration and so Maria went into partnership with trusted colleagues:

Maureen Camino
An experienced Legal Secretary of over 35 years and Sales Progressor, Maureen’s organisational and administrative skills are second to none. In addition to Maureen’s impressive CV and just as important, is her experience as a Landlord. Maureen brings practicality of the role direct to the office, having managed her own properties for a number of years. Maureen views the lettings industry with a different set of eyes and opinions. Her personal experiences as a seasoned landlord prove invaluable to the company as she knows just what she wants from a letting agent and how it should be delivered.

Julia Davey MARLA
Also an independent member of ARLA, Julia has been specialising in Residential Letting for several years within the local area covering both the Dorchester and, Weymouth & Portland markets. Having worked for both corporate and independent companies Julia’s background provides her with excellent training, knowledge and experience which is an asset to both company and landlords.

Sarah Hopcraft
The icing on the cake!  With a strong background in Business & Finance and over 10 years experience working for a leading global oil company in the role of Customer Services Manager, what better way to round off the team.  Having since raised a family, Sarah has also worked for corporate & independant estate agents locally, giving her sound knowledge of the market.  Sarah's committment to the role ensures that the client always come first.

The company has gone from strength to strength and with the Lettings Departments firmly established and well managed, the company has fianlly launched into Sales.  Kemp & Co are now able to provide a complete agency service from buying, letting & managing to selling, with dedicated professionals assigned to each specific role.
